The CD presents works for Organ and Orchestra, some well known for other keyboard versions. BWV 1059a is reconstructed from solo Alto Cantata BWV35. Isoir plays the Grand Organ of Fere-En-Tardenois, constructed in 1990 by Georges Westenfelder. The playing is brisk, bright and a true joy to listen to.The match with the accompanying orchestra is nicely balanced.
